Design a connect card and download it, ready to print.
A card with room to write, in three templates, one or two sides. Change what it asks, pick the type and the ink, add your logo, and download a PDF for your printer or a print shop. No account, and nothing you type or upload leaves your browser.
Picked up where you left off.
Opened from a shared link. A logo and your own fonts aren't included in a link; add yours below if you need them.

Template
The size follows the template. Your fields, type, logo and ink stay as they are when you switch.
Type
Each pairing sets the whole card: the church name in its display face, everything else in its text face. The same files go into the PDF.
Your own fonts
TrueType files (.ttf) up to 2 MB each, the kind a font's download usually includes; an .otf, .woff or font collection will not work in the PDF. The files stay in this browser and go into your PDF, never anywhere else, and a shared link opens in Plex instead.
Your church
Logo
PNG, JPG or SVG, at least 180 pixels tall for a sharp print. A wide or tall logo is scaled to fit, never stretched.
On the Banner and Modern templates the logo sits on the ink. Keep the plate for a dark logo; turn it off for a logo made for a dark ground, or one with a transparent background that should show the ink through it.
Ink color
Four inks, or Custom for any color. It colors the church name, the section titles and the rule on the Classic template, the band on Banner and the panel on Modern. Lines and labels stay dark gray, so the card prints clearly in black and white.
Fields
Turn a field on or off, rename it, and drag it or use Move up and Move down to change the order. Click a field on the card to jump to it.

This template's ink reaches the card's edge, so bleed matters: without it a cut a hair off shows a white edge.
A portrait card with bleed is too wide for two side by side, so the two lie sideways on the sheet, one above the other.
Your card is downloaded. Print a test copy on plain paper before ordering a batch.
Two pages: fronts, then backs laid out for a two-sided print that flips on the long edge.
Scanning paper cards into Planning Center People? Connections reads them for you, and your staff approve every card before anything is saved.
4 in x 6 in, portrait.
Portrait cards are easier to photograph.
Send it to a pastor for approval; the link opens the same card. Your logo isn't included in the link.
Making a connect card people will fill out
- Ask only what you will use. Name, phone and email cover most follow-up. Every extra question takes room from the writing space.
- Leave room to write. The builder keeps every writing line a quarter inch clear and will not squeeze them closer, because cramped lines are hard to write on. When a side is full it says so, and offers a back.
- Choose your template. Classic is a white card with lines; Banner has an ink band at the top and boxes to write in; Modern landscape is a 6 x 4 card with an ink panel down the left.
- Print a test copy first. Print one on plain paper and fill it out with a pen before you order a batch.
Printing
At a print shop: choose "One card a page" with bleed. The PDF is the card plus an eighth of an inch of bleed on every side, with the trim marked in the file, which is what most shops ask for.
In the office: choose "Letter paper, with cut marks", print at actual size, and cut along the marks. Two cards share a sheet; a portrait card with bleed lies sideways to fit. A two-sided card prints fronts on page one and backs on page two, laid out for a printer that flips on the long edge.
